Business Goal

The ttbfoundation needed more than just a website; it needed a powerful digital hub to amplify its mission. The goal was to create a modern, user-friendly platform that could effectively tell the foundation's story, showcase its projects, and serve as a central tool to drive online donations and attract new partners and volunteers.

Approach

Our strategy was to help client design a platform that would be the cornerstone of the foundation's digital presence. We took a Strategic and Growth Design approach, focusing on creating a system that was not only beautiful but also built to grow with the foundation. We prioritized user experience to make it simple for people to understand the cause and take action, ensuring every click led to a deeper connection with the mission.

Solution

We built a comprehensive solution from the ground up to meet the foundation's ambitious goals.

  • Integrated Digital Ecosystem: We created a full-scale integrated digital ecosystem to manage the foundation's online operations. This included a flexible content management system (CMS) that made it easy for the foundation to tell new stories, a secure online donation portal to drive fundraising, and a volunteer management module to recruit and engage supporters. The purpose was to provide a single, seamless platform that connected all parts of their work.

  • User Experience (UX) & Storytelling: The design was focused on storytelling. We used a clean, intuitive layout with strong visuals and clear calls-to-action to guide visitors. Our goal was to create an emotional connection and make it easy for users to find the information they needed and contribute to the cause.

  • Data-Driven Tracking: We implemented a robust tracking system using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). The purpose was to continuously measure user behavior, track donation funnels, and understand which content and campaigns were performing best. This gave the foundation valuable data to improve their outreach and optimize the site over time.


Monitoring

We acted as a long-term strategic partner, providing continuous support and insights. We didn't just hand over the website; we provided training for the foundation’s team so they could manage content and daily operations. We also continuously monitored the platform's performance, including user flow, conversion rates, and page speed, to ensure it was always running smoothly and supporting their mission.
