Project Overview
We developed and implemented a property management platform for PAMCO Property, a subsidiary of TMBThanachart (ttb) Bank. We were also responsible for providing continuous Maintenance and Administration (MA) for the entire system, helping the company efficiently manage and sell its portfolio of non-performing assets.
Approach
Managing a large inventory of non-performing assets requires a high degree of precision and a reliable system. The challenge was to create a platform that was not only a property database but also a tool that could help the team manage assets quickly, present information clearly to buyers, and build credibility as a company under a leading financial institution.
Strategy & Solution
We applied a Strategic System Development & Operational Excellence approach to build a system that met the needs of both internal operations and external customers.
Asset Management System: We developed a backend system that allows the PAMCO team to easily update property information. The system also enables them to manage detailed data for analysis and to create effective sales strategies.
Client-Facing Platform: We designed a website that displays property information in an organized and engaging manner. The platform includes an advanced search function, helping clients quickly find the assets they are looking for and get comprehensive information.
Maintenance and Administration (MA): We provide continuous support for the entire system, ensuring the platform remains stable, secure, and available at all times. We also implement new features and updates based on evolving business needs to keep the system modern.
