Project Overview
We undertook a major digital transformation project for SME ONE, a central platform for small and medium-sized enterprises. We were responsible for every aspect of the work, from developing the core website and platform to strategizing and managing all social media channels. Our goal was to create a robust and comprehensive digital ecosystem for entrepreneurs nationwide.
Approach
Before this transformation, SME ONE faced several significant challenges as a government platform. A fragmented approach to communication meant that crucial information was scattered, making it difficult for entrepreneurs to access knowledge and business opportunities. The existing digital channels lacked engagement and failed to establish credibility as a central hub. The core challenge was to build a user-friendly, reliable platform that could effectively reach its target audience across all channels.
Strategy & Solution
We applied a Holistic Digital Transformation approach, treating each component not as a separate task but as an integrated part of a larger strategy. This allowed us to build a powerful and sustainable digital presence for SME ONE.
Website & Platform Design & Development
We began by designing and developing the entire new website, with a focus on creating a smooth User Experience (UX) and a modern, clean User Interface (UI). Key features included a consolidated hub for government projects, funding sources, educational articles, and essential business tools. We also integrated the SME One ID membership system, allowing users to easily access services and benefits.
Social Media Strategy & Management
We planned and executed a complete social media strategy. Our role shifted from simply providing information to actively engaging with entrepreneurs. We created diverse and useful content, including articles, infographics, and short videos, to make complex information easy to understand. We also managed the community, listening to feedback and helping to build a network among SMEs.
Holistic Digital Marketing
We seamlessly integrated the website, platform, and social media. We used data-driven insights to analyze user behavior and plan digital marketing campaigns for each stage of the customer journey, from building awareness to driving actual platform usage and conversion.

We expected that our work would help the SME ONE platform become the go-to resource for entrepreneurs and contribute to business growth in the long term.
