Challenge // Scope

SCG’s existing employee assessment process was manual, fragmented, and lacked data visibility across departments. The HR headquarters, business units, and managers operated in silos, making it difficult to capture consistent performance insights and identify areas for employee development. The challenge was to digitize and centralize the assessment workflow—including 360°, 180°, and 90° evaluations—into a single web application integrated with SCG’s employee management system, improving efficiency, transparency, and actionable feedback for all stakeholders.

Requirement

Client wants to transform their assessment process to digital solution and integration with employee management system.

Product scope

Design web application for 360, 180, 90 degree assessment and show staff what they need to be improved.

User criteria

HR headquarter, HR business unit, manager, peer, self, peer (external)

My responsibility

  • Prove of concept with System analyst, Developer that some feature can develop without problem

  • Design user flow and ERD diagram coordinate with Business analyst

  • Design user and app architecture

  • Design all design system collaborate with project manager and developer.

  • Design Assessment management in HR role contain : HR headquarter, HR business unit

  • Design application interface for staff

  • Test High-fidelity prototype to 10 users of SCG staff

  • Present High-fidelity prototype to client

  • Revise 3 times from client feedback

  • Hand-off to developer after design approved

Results

  • Efficiency: Reduced HR evaluation process time by 45%.

  • Participation: Covered 6 distinct user roles across departments.
