In Thailand’s highly competitive aesthetic-clinic market, Chanya Clinic lacked a strong online presence and a cohesive digital identity to attract mid-to-high-income customers. Potential clients increasingly made purchase decisions based on before-after credibility, fast communication, and social proof — yet the clinic’s digital touchpoints did not deliver these effectively. The challenge was to build a brand website that amplifies social visibility, enables instant contact, showcases authentic cases, and supports campaign analytics for future growth.

Requirement

Client need to build a website for their brand to make more social channel.

My Approach

Client is Aesthetic clinic. I draft color pallate meant feminine theme (#C68C8B, #D7B3B0, #F3E7E7, #58595B, #FFFFFF) align with Chanya brand and offer font style (TH : Kanit, EN : Spartan) with simple wireframe design in my mind.

In thai aesthetic culture , Customer need a fast contact channel to contact clinic instantly, before-after and real-case review to decide using services. Target is widely adult with med-high salary.

In this website, I provide SEO strategy to servce Khun Chanya and analytics tracking when they have promotion or campaign.

Design

I used figma to design for all screen and device. I took 3 week of design in every flow and presented to client. I revised 4 times before final design approved.

Develop

I used wordpress to develop website with Elementor page builder, Yoast SEO plugin, before-after slider and integrate with Google Analytic 4. I also trained their admin how to use wordpress.

Performance tracking

I wanted client to succeed their business goal. I used GA4 tracking their website and made a monthly report (event tracking, conversion tracking, visitor, submit form and ETC.


Results

  • Launch Time: Delivered full website within 5 weeks.

  • SEO Performance: Attained 85/81 PageSpeed scores and strong keyword visibility.

  • Organic Traffic: Gained 720 monthly visits after launch.

  • Conversion: Achieved 6.4% conversion rate through form and chat integrations.

  • Outcome: The website enhanced Chanya’s digital reputation, supporting campaign tracking and customer engagement.
