Challenge / Scope
Jaspal, a premium fashion retailer, struggled to deliver a seamless online shopping experience that matched its in-store luxury brand image. Fragmented UX, slow performance, and inconsistent messaging led to missed revenue opportunities and limited digital scalability. Project Overview
We developed a website for Jaspal, a leading Thai fashion brand. We were also responsible for key tasks in Localization and providing continuous Maintenance and Administration (MA), ensuring the website was a platform that met both brand image and operational needs, and effectively connected with Thai customers.
Approach
As a premium fashion brand, Jaspal needed an online presence that reflected the luxury and style of its physical stores. The challenge was to build a platform that was not only an online showroom but also a fully functional, smooth-running website that was always up-to-date, relevant to the local market, and ready to support new collections and campaigns.
Strategy & Solution
We used a Strategic Digital Management approach to build and manage the website as a powerful and sustainable business tool.
Website Development & Enhancement: We were involved in developing the Jaspal website to be a beautiful and user-friendly platform. We focused on creating an attractive product layout and a seamless user journey for customers, from browsing to checkout.
Localization: We were fully responsible for the localization aspect. We adapted the website's content, language, and promotions to specifically match the context and culture of the Thai market, making customers feel more familiar with and connected to the brand.
Maintenance and Administration (MA): We provided continuous support and maintenance for the entire website. This included regularly updating new content, such as collections, lookbooks, and campaigns, as well as handling security and system stability to ensure the website was available 24/7.

We expected that our comprehensive website management would elevate the online shopping experience for customers and strengthen the Jaspal brand.
